Cemex batching plant in West Molesey

The MRA have just been informed by Elmbridge Council that Cemex has withdrawn its appeal against the refusal of planning permission for a concrete batching plant in Central Avenue/Island Farm Avenue. There is no information as to why, but clearly this is good news for West Molesey
