Funding Available for Local Projects (CIL Fund)

Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) – Local Spending Round

Elmbridge Council has published the followoing information about the next CIL funding round in which local groups can apply for funding for certain projects:

• You can download the 2026 CIL application form and guidance notes from this webpage on Monday 2 February.
• Applications will be open for 6 weeks. The application form and supporting documents must be submitted by midnight on Sunday 15 March.
• If you submit your CIL application by 15 March, you’ll have 4 more weeks to provide any additional information needed to validate it. Applications must be fully validated by midnight on Sunday 12 April. Applications not validated by this date will not be considered.
• Local spending boards will meet in June and July to review applications submitted and allocate funding.

The East and West Molesey local spending board will meet on 4 June 2026.

CIL funding available for allocation by the Molesey board totals £204,800.
