Jolly Boatman Planning Application Rejected

The planning application for a major redevelopment on the Hampton Court Station and former Jolly Boatman sites was considered by the Planning Committee at Elmbridge Council on 13 July.

To the relief of many local residents the application was refused by the Committee, with none of the Councillors on the Committee supporting the application.

Unfortunately that is not necessarily the end of the matter, becuase there is a possibility that the applicants  may appeal, but we will keep you informed of any further developments.
