Jolly Boatman redevelopment plans

The plans for the demolition and comprehensive redevelopment of Hampton Court Station, the Jolly Boatman and adjoining land by Gladedale Group Ltd, Network Rail and The Royal Star & Garter Homes have now been submitted. The plans are available to view either at the Council offices or online.

To view the plans online with all the design statements, planning statements, daylight assessments and other documents go to Elmbridge Borough Council planning website and search for planning applications 2007/2970, 2007/2971 and 2007/2972.

Any comments need to be with the Planning Department at Elmbridge Borough Council by Thursday 6th December 2007. Comments can be submitted directly on the Council website at the foot of each planning application page, by post or by email to  (mention the planning reference).
