The Notice of Election for the Surrey Police and Crime Commissioner, Elmbridge Borough Council and Claygate Parish Council elections will be published on Monday 18 March, will poll cards being delivered to registered voters across the Borough next week. Candidate nomination papers for the Borough and Parish Council elections are available from EBC Democratic Services. The deadline for returning completed nomination papers is 4pm on Friday 5 April. Pre-election guidance applies to all council members, candidates and employees from 18 March 2024 to the date of the election.
