Mole Bridge Update

In our latest Newsletter we reported that Surrey County Council (SCC) had no current plans to replace the bridge over the River Mole by the old Police Station Green. That reflected the latest position which had been reported to us by SCC officers.

We have subsequently been advised that SCC is now looking into the possibility of replacing the bridge after all, in the light of ongoing concerns about its long-term viability. As yet there is no allocated budget for this work, nor any agreed timetable. We will update residents as further information becomes available.
