New Charity – Painting Our World In Silver

Lisa Powis (an ex-resident of East Molesey) is in the process of setting up a charity called Painting Our World In Silver. The objective of the charity is to provide a local monthly craft group for the elderly and lonely, to offer friendship and to give them a sense of purpose by belonging to a group of people with a common interest – the love of crafts. The groups will be educational and will aid community development.

The Charity have booked the Molesey Centre in West Molesey for the craft group, with the first session starting on Thursday 16 June 2016 at 10am until Midday. It will then run as a regular monthly group on the third Thursday of the month.
