Radnor House/Sandra House – Development Proposals: Exhibition on 8 December

 

 

We understand that the Paragon Community Housing Group is preparing to submit a planning application to Elmbridge Borough Council for a comprehensive redevelopment of the Radnor House and Sandra House sites in Walton Road, at the junction with Hansler Grove.

Consultation & Exhibition

Paragon is planning to hold a public consultation on its proposals, and will be holding a public exhibition showing details of its plans from 3pm to 8pm on Monday 8 December in Radnor House.

We understand that Paragon is sending letters inviting nearby residents to the exhibition.

The Molesey Residents Association will be scrutinising these proposals closely, and will keep residents informed throughout what is likely to be a lengthy planning process.

In the meantime we would encourage any residents with an interest in the future of these sites, or who have any concerns, to attend this exhibition, and to make your views known.
